- Donated Mutt Mats are not to be resold. Mutt Mats can be purchased through our parent, Mutt Mats. Why? Because that’s how Mutt Mats the Giving Side gets most of it‘s funds to donate! Individuals wishing to purchase mats can email our parent at muttmatsjcg@yahoo.com. Our nonprofit does not sell items. Rescues/shelters/nonprofits/charities/ others wishing to raise funds through a donated Mutt Mat must contact us first. We are always happy to help!
- Use of our logo is prohibited unless otherwise given written permission from us
- Mutt Mats & Mutt Mats The Giving Side is not liable for any harm that results in the misuse of the mat. Mats are intended to be used under human supervision for pets to lay on. They are not intended to be chewed on, as toys, or other ways that could result in a hazardous outcome. Safety is always first.
Return and Refund Policy on donated items
Donated t-shirts become property of Mutt Mats, used at our discretion, and are not returnable. How donated items are utilized is left up to us. Through the up cycle process, to become a mat, we are cutting up your t-shirts. So please double check before you drop off! Refunds are not available due to the fact that no funds/materials are exchanged for donated items.
